- Healthier feed: During the feed production process, the temperature can easily reach above 81°, which can kill many common bacteria and fungi such as Salmonella in raw materials. The heating system sends steam to the feed pellet machine through the conditioner, and through the automatic feeder and high-pressure mold, the material is steam-solidified and pressed into pellets.
- Higher nutritional value: Heat treatment and subsequent cooling during feed pelleting improves feed digestibility and thus improves livestock performance (feed conversion ratio)
- Avoid waste: The transportation of pellet feed is much cleaner than powder feed, with less dust, and the pellets will not get stuck in pipes, material boxes, etc. Pellet feed also has a longer storage time for pellets than powder feed, which can reduce more waste.

Raw Material Grinding Process→Feed crusher
The feed crusher can grind the raw material into the required powder. The usage of crushing system is increasing the specific surface area of feed which is good for animal digestion and absorption and improving the processing performance of raw materials.
We supply four types of feed grinders. Hammer mills are suitable for small-sized or medium-sized feed processing plants. The water drop hammer mills are usually used in large-sized and medium-sized feed factories. The ultra fine feed grinder is designed for grinding raw materials of special aquatic feed.In this process, auxiliary dust removing system will be needed. It not only saves energy, but also prevents dust spillage, lowers material temperature and improves crushing efficiency.
