The cattle feed making machine is a device used to produce cattle feed pellets. It can mix, crush, press and cool raw materials such as grains, beans, pasture or fish meal to improve the nutritional value and digestibility of the cattle feed. The price and production process of cattle feed making machines depend on different models and specifications, which generally include the following steps 1:

Raw material receiving and cleaning process: receiving and cleaning raw materials used to make feed pellets, such as grains, legumes, grass or fish meal.
Feed crushing process: The raw materials are fed into the hammer mill to grind them into powder suitable for producing feed pellets.
Feed mixing process: The ground raw materials are fed into the feed mixer and different ingredients are added to ensure that the finished particles contain all the required nutrients.
Feed Pelletization Process: The pelleting stage is the most important stage in feed production as this is when the feed powder is converted into particles of the required size and shape. Compared with the flat die pellet machine, the ring die pellet machine has larger production capacity.
Feed pellet cooling process: The temperature of feed pellets during production is 88 degrees Celsius, and the humidity is 17-18%. For cooling, drying and storage, the humidity should be reduced to 10-12%. The feed pellets therefore pass through a pellet cooler, which cools them to near room temperature and reduces the moisture content.
Feed Pellet Crushing Process: Sometimes animal feed is crushed after pelleting. Shredding is achieved by crushing between two rollers. The distance between the two rollers affects the degree of shredding.
Feed pellet packaging process: After the production of animal feed pellets is completed, it is packed into bags using a semi-automatic packaging machine and stored or transported to the end customer. A computer-controlled machine measures the quantity of feed in each bag and pneumatically discharges it into a bag for packaging. The bag with the balls is delivered to the machine via a conveyor belt and the top of the bag is automatically sewn for transport.
